[I] Wave Sculpting LADSPA plugins

[T] Wave Sculpting plugins, are LADSPA generators and processors. Currently four
[T] plugins are included: X-Shaper (wave shaper), Noisifer, Boosters, and
[T] Variable Noise Source. They're intended for digital audio processing, in a
[T] professional DAW environment such as Ardour.
