[I] Display VDPAU capabilities of the running driver

[T] vdpauinfo prints the decoder profiles, surface formats and other
[T] capabilities the installed VDPAU driver exposes. It is the VDPAU
[T] counterpart of vainfo and the usual way to check whether hardware
[T] video decoding is set up correctly.
