[I] Web Services Dynamic Discovery (WS-Discovery) host daemon

[T] wsdd implements a Web Service Discovery host daemon. It enables Samba (and
[T] other) hosts, such as a local NAS device, to be found by WS-Discovery
[T] clients like Windows, which no longer support the older NetBIOS/WINS based
[T] network browsing.
