[I] Relay multicast UDP streams to HTTP clients

[T] udpxy listens for HTTP requests and forwards the requested multicast
[T] group as a plain unicast HTTP stream. That makes IPTV multicast usable
[T] from devices and networks that cannot join a group themselves - phones,
[T] Wi-Fi clients, or anything behind a router that does not forward
[T] multicast. Ships udpxrec for recording a group straight to a file.
