[I] First-stage UEFI Secure Boot bootloader shim

[T] shim is a trivial EFI application that, when run under UEFI Secure Boot,
[T] validates and chain-loads a second-stage bootloader (such as GRUB) against
[T] certificates built into the signed shim binary or enrolled via the Machine
[T] Owner Key list, bridging vendor and distribution trust. It vendors the
[T] gnu-efi headers/runtime it is built against.
