[I] Graphical boot splash and boot-time messaging framework

[T] Plymouth runs very early in the boot process, even before the root
[T] filesystem is mounted, and shows a graphical boot animation while the rest
[T] of the boot happens in the background. It uses DRM modesetting where
[T] available and falls back to text or framebuffer mode otherwise.
